The costs of Medical support for events are charged on a time basis for the Medical Officer providing cover, plus the cost of any expenses. Normally the preparatory screening work on customer fitness, and immunisation advice would be covered by the daily charge made for the duration of the trip. Any further necessary medical examinations or detailed correspondence to be agreed separately.

The daily charge is normally based on the time the Medical Officer is away from his normal base. Thus for events or expeditions requiring significant travelling time this would be billed at the prevailing daily rate. Prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Accounts will be billed in Pounds Sterling, and settlement is expected similarly to Expedition Medical Services UK bank account. Settlement in other currencies will incur a currency handling surcharge.
